We want everyone involved in a HOST UK visit to be as safe and well as possible.
If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of COVID-19 or its variants, please let HOST UK know immediately so that the Weekend Stay or Day Visit can be re-arranged for a different date.

Welcome to HOST

Opening an account with HOST is free.
Our hosts offer you their hospitality as a gift – they are not paid to host you.
You will have to pay for your travel to the host – you will decide your travel budget.

When you apply for a visit there is an application fee which contributes to HOST’s administration costs. Your university or another organisation may pay all or part of this fee for you.
You can find out how much you will have to pay for your first application after entering your university and ‘scholarship and other funders’ information.
